It’s the walk I chose, not knowing what tomorrow will bring. It all started with championing the underdogs as a student activist for 7 years in England & what was then West Germany.
After graduating in communications & back to Malaysia in 1979, I continued my walk as a singer/songwriter with works in communications, producing Outside Broadcasting productions for network TV, & several movie projects… all the while disseminating the truth with Silat as my base.
Entrusted with propagating Silat Seni Gayong to all mankind in 1990, I ended up in USA providing solutions to the forgotten children & martial artist alike, starting with Bruce Lee’s protégé Dan Inosanto & Blaise Loong, just to name a few. They would become a part of what is today the global family of the Warrior Arts of Silat Seni Gayong.
After 47 years & soon to be 70yrs old the walk still feels as fresh as the day I started, smiling with every step I take.
